"CONCLUSIONS BASED ON DELUSIONS" (tag AMANDA KNOX, MEREDITH KERCHER WAS A HERO!)

The Massei Report: “Conclusions Based on Delusions” equals two innocent kids getting railroaded into false imprisonment!

Respectfully, have you ever read The Massei Report?  Massei is the judge in the original Amanda Knox trial. His report (The Massei Report) outlines every nook and cranny of the “manufactured facts” in the final verdict.  Of course, all the information was furnished by the delusional Italian prosecutor.

Even a sixth grader could discern that the facts did not mesh with the logic in their conclusions.

In The Massei Report, there are well over FIFTY conclusions based off of the prosecutor’s conjecture.  Ninety-nine percent of the scenarios were hypothetical and fabricated by the unscrupulous Italian prosecutor.

The report initially concluded that Rudy Guede, alone, sexually assaulted and stabbed Meredith Kercher. (This is correct.)  But then they summarized Meredith as (Per the Massei Report) “strong physique, experienced in self-defense by the lessons in karate…”

Therefore, (Per the Massei Report)   “Such a situation seems inexplicable if one does not accept the presence of more than one attacker…”   That is their discombobulated way of saying that there had to be multiple attackers.

Meredith was not a “black belt,” but probably closer to a “white belt.”  (Per the Massei Report)  “had even taken a course in karate…” Google: “female black belts that have been raped.”  The precedence has been established that any woman who is unexpectedly attacked in their home could still be raped by a single perpetrator.

Likewise, the Massei Report speculated that it took a room full of people to get her undressed.  They certainly had imaginative conjecture!   Rudy could have grabbed the back of her jacket or shirt by the collar (horse collar).  When she pulled away, the it came off, reversing the sleeves.  Rudy was the only person attacking Meredith.

 

With Meredith’s determination to ward off her attacker, the prosecution still characterized Meredith as a passive submissive. (Per the Massei Report)  “it was possible that there was a movement of the passive subject who impaled herself on the weapon…”

Let me make clear: With cuts on Rudy’s own hands and the bloody hand print SMEARED on the wall, it reflects an exhausted man after an intense fight, staggering to catch his balance!  I believe with all my heart that Meredith did in fact, VALIANTLY FIGHT against Rudy Guede!  In the end, she may have been knocked to the floor with Rudy on top, but she fought with her life to stop this hideous man!  As the Massei Report made her into a passive submissive, I wish to set the record straight for Meredith:

Unto death, she showed her indomitable spirit and a heart of gold;

MEREDITH KERCHER WAS A HERO WHO FOUGHT TO THE END!!!

YOUR SPIRIT WAS A GIFT TO THE WORLD,

REST IN PEACE

Other “testimonies” included in the report are called “eye?” witnesses.

One heroin junkie, Antonia Curatolo was their star witness who has already been discredited.  It is interesting that Mr. Curatolo has been a star witness in a total of four different trials for the same prosecutor.  Apparently, he hovers over the city looking for crime, just like Batman!

A resident of the building, Nara Capezzali, said in the report; “she heard a scream, but a scream that was not a normal scream.”   WOW, with that type of ambiguity, I’m surprised that Amanda did not get life in the Italian Judicial System!

Maria Ilaria Dramis, confirmed that; “while half asleep had the feeling of hearing running footsteps under the window of her bedroom.”  Again, WOW!

The DNA has likewise already been discredited.  One would think that professionals in the scientific community would not lie and deceive, even for political gain.  The DNA specialist team insinuated that they had followed strict international guidelines in reference to DNA testing.

The PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) duplicates DNA strands millions of times for testing.  Because of the redundancy of duplication (a copy, of a copy, of a copy…), extreme care must be taken to create a stable base for accuracy. (The base is the chemical alignment for strand to strand comparison.)

Not only did the DNA specialist team not follow this protocol, they also allowed cross contamination at almost every level.  The results were badly skewed beyond any reasonable reliability.  Yet, no matter the results, they played the façade that they had incontrovertible proof that multiple perpetrators had participated.

The fact is, they had undeniable proof that only one person had attacked Meredith.

Despicable conduct!

Italy is a great country and a close ally.  I have no doubt that they will assess the problems they have with their antiquated judicial system.   But it seems that the prosecutor in this case is in contempt of the world!

He characterized a Proud Brit as a passive submissive (as he may believe this about all Brits) and portrayed an All American Girl as an immoral heathen! (Again, his opinion of all Americans)

Apparently, this old prosecutor was making up for the inadequacies of his childhood hero, Mussolini, for losing the war!

Whatever his motivation, this scheming Italian prosecutor successfully caused an intense conflict between British news papers and the American press that tried to defend the innocent, American girl!  He leaked false information to the British tabloids from day one.  Because of the intense animosity he has caused, the loss of innocence and the lost years of false imprisonment, he needs to be held accountable for his actions!

This delusional Italian prosecutor did not count on one thing: Fascism is dead in Italy!  The judicial system in Italy is separate from the administrative branch of the government.  (e.g. There is no provision for a pardon.)

As they run separately, the Italian Government consists of highly ethical and fair minded people.  Several Italian Senators up through President Giorgio Napolitano have committed their attention to monitoring the current appeal.  A new judge and prosecutor have been assigned to the appeal.

Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito will get a fair trial this time!

Raffaele has always been treated as “collateral damage” in this mini-war of lies and deception.  I can not imagine the suffering he has gone through as an innocent boy falsely sent to a man’s prison.  He will be soon going home to his family in Italy.

With Amanda, I can see in her face of the courtroom pictures, the sweet demure of a simple home town girl.  She too has suffered greatly at the hands of a brutal court room dictator.  Amanda does not seem the type to hold any animosity toward her captors, she just wants to come home and share the love of her family again.

After the new verdict is in and Amanda is vindicated, I am asking all of you as compassionate Americans:

HELP HER START A NEW LIFE BACK HOME IN AMERICA;

OUR LAND OF THE FREE!
