AMANDA KNOX: Declaration of WAR?

Dear President Barack Obama,             This is NOT a Declaration of WAR.

This is a plea to assist an innocent American student that has been entrapped in a medieval mentality, studying abroad in Italy.

If you need any background in the Amanda Knox case, please see DENVER or the revised chronicle on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanda_knox

Clearly, the tactics used by the Perugian prosecution team on November 5th, 2007 to coerce Amanda Knox into signing a false confession under duress with no legal representation was reprehensible.

As Condoleezza Rice was the Secretary of State in 2007, our State Department sorely let down an upstanding American student, Amanda Knox.

But as of today, March 26th, 2013, our State Department now has the chance to regain the trust of the American people by giving legal assistance to the Knox family.

Today, the Italian Supreme Court voted to overturn the October 3rd, 2011 exoneration of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito of an incredibly brutal, horrendously vile, sadistic murder of Meredith Kercher.

The scientific DNA evidence has already proven that there was only one perpetrator, Rudy Guede.

The Italian Supreme Court may actually be trying to help Italy with their ruling.

On the surface, their decision to retry Amanda and Raffaele for the murder seems to be an attempt to save face and uphold a medieval Code of Conduct:

Of course, as this is an Italian government legal action, they have the full financial resources of Italy to completely obliterate the Knox family finically, emotionally and almost literally.

But below the surface, the Supreme Court may actually be using the circumstances to encourage a full investigation of this grave injustice.

Without themselves making the decision to mandate a full investigation of this case, maybe they are subversively creating an atmosphere that will allow the truth to be fully investigated this time around?

Therefore, Mr. President, please consider:

If our State Department were to intervene this time and offer the full legal support of our proud country, The United States of America;

We could absolutely help Italy by unequivocally proving the entire scenario was staged to incriminate an outstanding American girl and subjecting her to a life in prison to protect a deranged, police informant, Rudy Guede.

I grew up believing that America will always protect our sons and daughters against foreign injustice, please prove me right!

I believe in you, I voted for you, please help this innocent young American!

Thank you,
